Every day there are about 2 or 3 that go from Bellagio to Bellano and as many that go the other way around. I recommend that you get an idea of how the Lake Como ferry tours work in this current page and for any other information on this you can contact the official company. What I can recommend, as an alternative, is to embark in Varenna (from which departures are more frequent) and which can be reached by train or D21 bus.
