LCRA Meetings

As of May 2009, the LCRA board voted to hold meetings on an as-needed basis with the exception of the annual meeting in August (which will generally be held the first Wednesday in August).  This procedure for meetings was adopted because there are not enough volunteers to fill the board and very few lake residents attend the meetings.  The board will be conducting business by telephone and/or emails and will schedule special meetings on an as-needed basis when important issues arise.  When meetings are held, they will be scheduled on the first Wednesday of the month, if possible, and they will begin at 7:00 pm, unless noted otherwise.  The meetings will generally be held at the Lake Chemung Outdoor Resorts Clubhouse on Hughes Road unless that facility is unavailable when a meeting is needed.

2010 Meeting Schedule:

***Beginning in March 2010, meetings will be held on an as-needed basis.  If a meeting is scheduled, the date will be posted below.

***Contact a Board Member prior to the meeting to verify that there have been no date or location changes.
